  • Owned and delivered the GA of Rovo Chat, now used by 300k+ organisations and 5M+ MAU. Drove the path from early R&D through to a multi-tenant production surface at hyperscale.
  • Led the foundation of Agent Studio, Atlassian's flagship agent builder. Defined the technical foundations from a blank page, owning the architectural decisions that shape how customers and internal teams will build agents on Atlassian for years to come.
  • Led R&D on multiple agent harnesses for classes of work that off-the-shelf orchestration couldn't handle: CodeAct agents (autonomous coding workflows) and bulk task agents (massively concurrent execution). Agents that do real work in the real world, at scale. Iterative prototype, measure, harden cycles with clear stop, extend, or promote calls at each stage.
  • Led the foundational engineering for OOTB agents and MCP for agents, defining how Atlassian's agents discover, invoke, and reason about tools across the 1p and 3p MCP ecosystem.
  • Contributed to a resilient AI platform that now serves the entire AI stack of Atlassian, with 700+ internal developers building on top of it. Platform abstractions, reliability primitives, and the AI-specific observability stack (model latency, token spend, guardrail signal, on-call readiness).
  • Earlier: led JSM Assets server-to-cloud migration end-to-end (now part of Atlassian's standard migration offering) and built the data engineering pipelines for JSM Assets import and data cleansing.
